What it costs, and how we make money
Listing is free. Searching is free. Messaging buyers is free. There is no plan and no card involved in any of it.
We earn from agents who pay to be seen first, and from local advertisers.

What we need from you
One thing that shows you really work as an agent. That is what keeps people who aren't agents from posting houses they have nothing to do with — which is the problem you would be calling us about otherwise.

- A letter or email from the office you work with
- Your real estate license number, if you hold one
Any one of these is enough. A license is not required.
